The project comprised the construction of a 5-storey secretariat building for the Commander of the Army, Sri Lanka. Designed by the 4th Engineering Regiment of the Sri Lanka Army, the project was completed in 1993. Marking its entry in to the large-scale building sector, the project garnered the company its first ICTAD National Construction Merit Award.
