Fairway SkyGardens

Located in the confines of Rajagiriya, bordering Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte, Fairway SkyGardens is a 32 storey luxury apartment complex built at a cost of LKR 3.5 billion. The project is the third landmark collaboration between Fairway Holdings and Maga Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, after the success of the award-winning Fairway and Fairmount apartment complexes.

This iconic 129 apartment complex consists of spectacular views of the surroundings, resort-like amenities such as an expansive swimming pool, state-of-the-art gymnasium, badminton court, squash court, basketball court, clubhouse and diner. The apartments are adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows, marble, granite or engineered timber floors while kitchens with under counter lighting and fully fitted state-of-art stylish cabinetry add a touch of refinement.

The building also features a 7m long (in each direction) cantilevered ‘Sky Garden’ at its top, construction of which necessitated a high-tech system of formwork and concreting. It is the first time that such a cantilevered floor has been constructed in a high-rise building in Sri Lanka.
