Premier Pacific Pinnacle, Colombo

This 12 storey tower is one of the country’s first super luxury mixed development projects. The building includes 58 first-class apartments together with shops and offices, and carries an environmentally friendly theme in both its decor and construction.

The project was constructed at a cost of 1.5 billion rupees and was opened in March 2005.
