The project comprised construction of toll office building, toll plaza & power house at Kahathuduwa and Nayapamula interchanges on the Southern Expressway, Sri Lanka’s first expressway. The project was implemented by Road Development Authority under the Southern Transport Development Project and was completed in August 2011.
