Research & Development (R&D) plays a key role at Maga. Use of new technologies and Research & Development has helped the organization achieve greater efficiency in operations, be more productive and overcome several issues in the construction sphere.

Maga has continued its continuous internal Research & Development on Lean Production, Performance Management & Training Needs. Further upon the successful completion of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system applicability for the local construction industry, Maga is moving towards implementing a fully-fledged integrated ERP system before the next financial year.
