Rehabilitation and improvement work of 15.1 km stretch of the A-14 Medawachchiya – Talaimannar road (47+000km to 62+100km) was implemented under the Northern Connectivity Project of the Road Development Authority under the financial patronage of the Asian Development Bank. The project was completed and handed over to the client in August 2015.
