One of Colombo’s major mid-rise corporate office complexes, Hemas Corporate Building complex was completed and handed over in 1996. The building was designed by Mihindu Keerthiratne Associates and the work involved the construction of a 10 storeyed office complex comprising 95,000 sqft. The project won Maga Engineering its first ICTAD National Construction Excellence Awards.
