One of Colombo’s first mid high-rise luxury apartment complexes, this 5-storey complex included 50 apartments within a floor space of 100,000sqft. Designed by Design Consortium Limited, the project was completed at a value of LKR 265 million and garnered Maga Engineering the ICTAD National Construction Merit Award in year 2001.
