Renovations and improvements to Cinnamon Grand (previously Colombo Plaza and Lanka Oberoi) included structural modifications, architectural finishes and M & E works. The whole works were carried out within a short timeline of 10 months whilst the new wing of the hotel was still in operation, and without disruption to its existing services.
Delivering the project within this period enabled the hotel management to actualize a thematically richer architectural premise within a very short span of time, building on the structural modifications and functional enhancements to define the new feel and exclusivity of the present Cinnamon Grand.
