We are committed to providing opportunities for continuous learning, career progression and personal growth for all our employees. Training and development opportunities are offered on a fair and equitable basis. The company’s training needs are determined through an annual assessment, based on which the training and development initiatives for the following year are planned.
The formal training and development needs of individual employees are determined through periodic performance and development reviews (i.e. during performance appraisals). Numerous formal and informal learning opportunities including both on-the job and off-site training are made available, while excellent career progression opportunities are available to employees who are good performers.
Yet, we understand that employee development requires much more than training. At Mäga, a wealth of support and guidance is made available to employees by our experienced engineers and managers. We also continuously monitor employee progress to identify areas in which they need assistance.
