Built under city hotel concept with 3 basement floors, the hotel consists of a total floor area of 130,000 sqft and is being built at a value of 2.4 billion rupees. With the project located right in the heart of the city, the Maga project team ensured that the disturbance to the surrounding environment was minimized. The project is set to be completed and handed over by April 2016.
